Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare inflammatory cutaneous disorder starting with painful nodules and pustules that enlarge to form cutaneous ulcers. 50% of the patients show an association with inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, leukemia, hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis.
