Carney Sendromu: Bir Olgu Nedeniyle

Carney Syndrome is a complex of mucocutaneous
lentigines cardiocutaneous myxomas and endocrine overactivity.
It can occur sporadicaiy or be inherited autosomal
dominantiy. It has vital importance to investigate a
patient with mucocutaneous lentigines for cardiac myxoma
and endocrine overactivity and his/her first degree
relatives of affected persons have a complete physical
and if necessary laboratory examination, especlaly cardiovascular
and endocrine systems. We present a case
