Sklerodermada Klinik Spektrum Ile Laboratuar Bulguları Arasındaki İlişki
Erbak GÜRGEY*, Aynur AKYOL **, Nilgün BILEN***" * Prof. Dr. AÜTF İbni Sina Hastanesi Dermatoloji ABD, ** Doç. Dr. AÜTF İbni Sina Hastanesi Dermatoloji ABD, ANKARA *** Uz. Dr. Trabzon Numune Hastanesi Dermatoloji Kliniği, TRABZON scleroderma spectrum disorders were compared
with their clinical findings and internal involvement. In 10
patients with limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (SS)
characterised by sclerodactyly, proximal to metacarpophalangeal
joints, face and limbs involvement were found
less frequently than that of diffuse cutaneous systemic
sclerosis (SS) patients showing trunkal and acral sclerosis.
The precence of antinuclear antibodies in a significantly
raised titre and Raynaud's Phenomenon were
found more frequent in the group with limited cutaneous
systemic sclerosis patients. This findings suggested that
the severity of clinical involvement may be positively correlated
with the degree of visseral involvement and immunologic
disturbances. Keywords: Scleroderma, Clinical spectrum, LaboratoryT Klin Dermatoloji 1995, 5:6-11
