Skin Manifestations Of The Patients With Lung Cancer

are nonspecific. But some signs, such as clubbing
and hypertrofic osteoarthropaty, and non-spesific dermatologie
syndromes (dermatomyositis, scleroderma, pachydermoperiostosis,
and acanthosis nigrincans) are important
for diagnosis.
In this investigation, forty patients with lung cancers
were examined by dermatologically. The frequencies of
skin manifestations were for clubbing (40%), cyanosis of
lip (40%), teiengiectasia (32.5%). The other less frequencies
of skin changes were for long lashes (15%), cervical
lymphadenitis (12.5%), cronic diffuse alopecial (12.5%),
pulmoner hypertrophic osteoartrophaty (5%), recurrent
herpes simplex (5%), skin metastasis (5%), carcinoid
syndrome (2.5%), scleroderma (2.5%), gynaecomastia
