Werner's Syndrome (case Report)

Werner's syndrome, an autosomal recessive prematuring
aging syndrome, is associated with short stature;
light body weight, gray hair and baldness; scleroderma
like skin changes; beak-shaped nose; weak, high-pithed
voice; cataract; hipogonadism; diabetes mellitus; early
atherosclerosis; osteoporosis; leg ulsers and calcification
of ligaments, tendons and subcutaneous tissue.
Here we present in two brothers with Werner's syndrome
