Dyskeratosis congenita, also known as Zinsser-Engman-
Cole syndrome, is a rare, X-linked recessive disorder,
and characterized by reticular pigmentation of the
skin, nail dystrophy, and mucosal leukokeratosis, together
with ocular, gastrointestinal and hematological abnormalities.
We present a patient with the calssic features of dyskeratosis
