Idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierlni is a
rare and distinctive form of dermal atrophy of uncertain
origin. It is usually described as an isolated finding or in
conjunction with morphea, systemic sclerosis or lichen
sclerosus et atrophicus in other sites.
Here, a case of idiopathic atrophoderma with pigmented
