Elazığ Ve Yöresinde Deri Hastalıkları

vicinity were studied. 18.891 patients who admitted
the Dermatology Clinic of Fırat University Faculty of Medicine,
between November 1986 and January 1994 are
grouped with respect to the etiology. Incidences are determined
and compared with the literature knowledge.
Fungal infections (22.94%), eczema (20.08%) and bacterial
skin Infections (9.56%) were found to be the most
frequent dermatoses. When compared with literature
knowledge, fungal infections, eczema and pyoderma
(8.45%) are more frequent while incidence of infestation
of the skin (3.39%), a few of bacterial skin infections and
