Kollajen Pet, Hidrofilik Poliüretan Sargı, %1 Silver Sülfadiazin Krem Ve Gazlı Bezin Yara İyileşmesi Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Karşılaştırılması

The aim of our study was to assess the gross and
histopathological effects of collagen pad, hydrophilic polyurethane
pad, 1 % silver sulphadiazine cream and sterile
gauze on wound healing in mice. Our findings were
compared with each other and with the literature findings.
In wounds dressed with collagen pad, wound
contraction was more prominent; granulation tissue formation
was faster and it became dense within a short
period. In wounds dressed with collagen pad and 1%
silver sulphadiazin cream, epithelization was faster when
