Puva Tedavisi Alan Hastalarda Dncb Yama Testi Ile Hücresel İmmün Cevabın Değerlendirilmesi

A combination of UVA and psoralen is used in treatment
of particularly in psoriasis and a lot of inflammatory
dermatosis contact dermatitis is a group of these diseases
in which involves known. It is supposed that since
PUVA has a toxic effect on the immunocompetents cells
and inhibits cell mediated immunity, contact dermatitis
improves clinicaly. In this article, it is aimed thai changes
in the cell mediated immunity response of patients taken
PUVA treatment is determined, to 11 patients PUVA
treatment planned have been applied DNCB patch test in
%1, %0.5, %02.5, %01.25, %0.006.25 concentrations before
therapy and after disappering of the iexions during
therapy and matched the results. Compared to before
treatment, after treatment significantly decreasing in the
cell mediated immune response by the DNCB patch tests
