Rekürrent Aftöz Stomatit Etyopatogenez Ve Tedavisinde Serum Vitamin B12, Ferritin Ve Folat Düzeyleri

In this study, 64 patients with recurrent aphthous sto
matitis and 20 controls were evaluated by serum vitamir
B12, ferritin and folat levels. Subnormal serum ferritlr
levels were found in 17% of patients with recurrent
aphthous stomatitis but also in 5% of control group. Subnormal
vitamin Bn levels were found In 11% of patients
with recurrent aphthous stomatitis but also In 5 % of control
group. Folat Levels were normal. Patients were treated
with iron and vitamin 872- 21.7% of patients with
