Guntheer's disease (Vongenital erythropoietic p<
phyria) is a rare autosomal reseslve disorrder and is t
result of defective activity of the enzyme uroporphyrrin
gen III cosynthase. Clinical manifestations include seve
cutaneous photosensitivity, scarring, mutilating deforn
ties, hypertrichosis, erythrodontla and hemolytic anemia
