Schamberg Hastalığı (olgu) İdiopatik Progresif Pigmente Purpurik Dermatoz

disease of adolescent and young adult men and
is charecterized by orange-to fawn colored macules with
"cayenne-pepper" spots within or on their borders. The
process tends to persist indefinitely. Histopathologic study
reveals as small vescel necrotizing vasculitis. Etioglogy
is unknown and there are no laboratory finding characteristic
of Schamberg's disease. Topical or systemic
steroids are used in therapy. This article illustrates a case
of Schamberg's disease in a 26 year old female patient,
and ofsuccesfull therapy with colchicineKeywords: Schamberg's disease, Idiopathic progressive
