Balıkesir Yöresinde Yaş Dilimlerine Göre Pitriazis Alba İnsidansı

In our study, frequency of pityriasis alba (PA) were
studied in 1000 (123 female, 877 male) ceses aged 1-25,
in five groups of each consisted of 200 patients aged 1-5,
6-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25 years respectively. 84.26 percent
of the cases with PA were under the age 15. The
mean incidence was 8.9 percent. Frequency of PA was
higher in the second group (19.5 %) than other groups (P
