Epidermal nevi are organoid nevi arising from the
basal layer of the embryonic epidermis. The term "epidermal
nevus syndrome" refers to the association of epidermal
nevi with abnormalities in other organ systmes. Inflammatory
linear verrucous epidermal nevus may be a
component of the epidermal nevus syndrome.
In this article we presented a case of inflammatory
linear verrucous epidermal nevus in a two month old boy
