1,25- Dihidroksikolekalsiferol'ün Topik Kullanılmasının Psoriazisdeki Etkisi

We studied 45 patients with different clinical types of
psoriasis.
1-25(OH)zD3 were given in two different concentrations
(50 and 100 mg/g).
100 \ig/g 1-25(OH)zDz cream was applied for 8
weeks and 78.2% complete, 17.4% moderate and 4.5%
had mild healing. When 50 ug/gr 1-25(OH)zD3 was applied
for 9 weeks, 63.8% complete, 22.8% moderate and
4.5% had mild healing.
Healing time on all types of psoriasis was correlated
with the concentration of 1-25(OH)zD3.
