Pitiriazis Versikolor Tedavisinde % 0.1 'lik Retinoik Asit Ve % 2'lik Ketokonazol Kremlerin Karşılaştırılması

In this study, twenty patients with pityriasis versicolor
warn treated with 0.1 % retinolc acid cream, other twenty
patients were treated with 2% ketoconazole cream for
fifteen days. 'The severity of individual lesions was assessed
on a 0 to 3 scale for erythema, desquamation and
hypo/hyperpigmentation. in addition 20% KOH examination
were performed from lesions. At the end of the study,
it is determined that both tmatmmts were significantly
effective, and there were not any significant difference
between the groups regarding the effectiveness of therapy
(p>0.05). No important side effect was obser/ed in the
