Anthralin Ve Galvenik Akım Sağaltımlarının Psoriazis Alan Şiddet İndeksi Ile Değerlendirilmesi

A comparative study of anthralin minute therapy versus
galvanic current therapy methods has been conducted
with 40 psoriasis patients examined at the Dermatology
Department of Dokuz Eyul Universtiy Medical Faculty.
20 of these patients had anthralin minute therapy and
remaining 20 had galvanotherapy.
Patients have been evaluated according to psoriasis
area severity index (PASI) which Is regarded as an objective
evaluation method. An area-calculator has been
used for the first time anderapy group and after therapy
1.3 in the anthralin group, 3.9 in the galvanotherapy
group.
PASI scores before therapy were found 11 in the
anthralin group, 11.1 in the galvanotherapy group and
after therapy 1.3 In the anthralin group, 3.9 in the galvanotherapy.
We concluded that anthralin minute therapy is a
