Bir Keratoakantoma Sentrifigum Marginatum Olgusu Ve Dermatoimmünopatolojik Özellikler

A rare case of keratoacanthoma centrifigum marginatum
(KCM) is presented in this paper. Apart from its
typical clinical picture, there is no complete spantoneus
involution in keratocacanthome sentrifigum marginatum.
Dermato immunopathologic investigations of KCM with
biotinilated lektins PNA and Con A which are spesific for
certain cell surface carbohydrate residues revealed similar
features with normal where as squamoz cell carsinoma
showed no PNA binding sites.Keywords: Keratoacanthoma centrifigum
